Customer Bookings
We request information from customers at the time of a booking. A customer must provide contact information (like name and address). If we have trouble processing a booking, this contact information is used to contact the user. This information will be saved for any future bookings.We also request financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). No credit card details are retained under any circumstances.

ONTIME Inspections is only responsible to report to the Client on matters that are readily apparent on a visual inspection or which are reported to ONTIME Inspections in writing by a third party.
