ONTIME Inspections is also designed to cater for the private homeowner who has rented out a property and needs that extra peace of mind to ensure that all is ok on the home front. As your representative, we can preform scheduled property inspections on your behalf, this is a friendly service and is totally non intrusive on the occupying tenants. This service comes with a fully detailed report and if desired, photographic* or video* evidence of any damage or unauthorised activities. In addition all smoke detectors and electrical circuit breakers will be checked with each inspection. We service all suburbs in the Perth Metropolitan area and beyond and will deliver to you, a premium service second to none.
This is a great service if you have organised house sitters to occupy your home while you are holidaying or working interstate or overseas for extended periods…Even if you decide to leave the property vacant, we can arrange scheduled inspections to ensure that your holiday or trip is carefree. We can even have your mail collected and the lawns mowed if you require.
We also offer home inspections for prospective interstate renters or buyers. You will not have to leave your home, we will do the running around for you. Just supply a list of homes you want inspected and we will do the rest. This service includes a fully detailed report that comes with, if you desire, either a photographic or video tour of the selected premise, a list of amenities in the immediate area (schools, shops, parks etc) along with the pros and cons of the selected property. This service is designed to save you time and money in regards to finding that hard to find residence to call home from afar.
